"Keeping It Simple"
I would like to tell you how extremely happy I am with National Floors Direct. I recently purchased a condo that needed some renovations including new flooring. By far, shopping with National Floors Direct is the way to go. Everything went like clockwork. The flooring salesmen Pierre arrived promptly and led me through the process. I picked out the flooring and "signed on the dotted line". The next day installation was equally smoothe; kudos to Manny! The guys showed up on time and promptly went to work. They were polite and did an outstanding job. What impressed me the most was their immaculate job of cleaning up. My Experience
My overall experience with your National Floors Direct has been very positive. Setting up the free estimate, dealing with the flooring salesman (Mark A.) and finally with the flooring install crew-excellent! Mark only dealt with what I needed; showed me the things that would satisfy those needs and made some suggestions that made sense-things that I had not considered. The National Floors Direct installers were very professional and I was very impressed with the work ethic displayed. The pricing was below what I had expected-always nice. I have two more rooms to have carpeted and have no qualms on who to use for the work.

We had National Floors Direct back in Febuary install a laminate floor in our living room the workmanship was great and the installer kept asking us why we were going over good oak floors - well we have two cocker spanials and these laminate floors are a blessing. We decided to have another area done so we contacted National Floors Direct this time for both carpet and laminate flooring. Carpet installers did an excellent job but the two floor installers that came yesterday were just the best. Got here at nine and never stopprd for lunch; the professionalism of these two installers was above reproach and their workman ship the same thank you Judith W.

I just wanted to pass on to you how happy my husband and I are with our new rug. We love it. The entire process was easy from the free estimate to the installation. I would like to specifically commend Jon Schaeffer, the salesman who came to give us our free estimate. He was the first person to actually explain to us the differences in carpet and what to look for. We had been to 2 different retailers and not one salesperson could explain to us what he did or cared to explain. We also saved $2,000.00 going with National Floors Direct.
