It has been almost a year since we had our laminate floors installed by National Floors Direct, and I wanted to write and say that we have greatly enjoyed each and every day with our new floors! Your guys did an incredible job at every turn with this project, from the initial visit and estimate to the installers themselves. Our project was one that had a critical time element, because friends were coming to visit who had never seen our new Beverly, Massachusetts home--we had to have the project done in time to move our furnishings back and make the house visitor-friendly. Your guys worked double-time to finish everything, but nothing was done haphazard--it was all professional, quality work! I took on a remodeling project of a 1920 home in Augusta, Maine in 2007. National Floors Direct offered us the best laminate flooring and an installation crew that came out in a snowstorm to install the laminate flooring in our kitchen. In September 2007, I had National Floors Direct come out to my home in Danbury, CT to redo approximately 2000 square feet of flooring in our home we just purchased. The home was built in 1955 and had had two separate room additions and modifications over the years. This presented a real problem with the flooring due to uneven surfaces, multiple layers of previous flooring as well as an original slab that had many high and low spots.
