Floors are Fantastic
I first ordered from National Floors Direct for the price--much lower flooring prices than anything I could find locally in West Warwick, Rhode Island. Then, when the flooring arrived, I was surprised by the quality (very high!) and the service was second to none. The new hardwood floors are fantastic. They have a substantial look and solid feel, and the price - as I mentioned earlier - can't be beat! In fact, I've seen floors that cost two or three times as much that don't look as good as mine. The people at National Floors Direct made the whole experience quite pleasant and quickly took care of a minor mix-up in my order. I am really happy with my new floor, and cannot say enough good things about your company. It's nice to know that there are still companies out there that really care about their customers and take pride in their work.
