I recently remodeled my home from floor to ceiling, and had the wonderful experience of working with National Floors Direct. In February, I placed a call to your office to schedule an onsite estimate. The estimator came to the appointment as scheduled and well prepared. He took his time to show me various floor samples, provide recommendations and give me a clear and accurate estimate. I was pleased with his product knowledge and professionalism. There was simply no comparison between National Floors Direct and the others I called. Once I placed my order, I was given an installation date and approximate time required for installation and necessary preparations. The installers arrived on time and completed the job as promised. I even got a call after the job was done to make sure I was satisfied. Now that I have enjoyed my new floor for a few months, I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase. These days, where sometimes things "aren't made the way they used to be," it's nice to know your company does what it says it's going to do. The flooring is everything you promised and the service provided by your office, sales and installation staff was Grade-A. I have received a number of compliments from friends and neighbors and each time I have told passed along your contact information.
