National Floors Direct Compliments
Very Pleased in Vermont I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how happy I am with the hardwood flooring I purchased from National Floors Direct. I have to admit that I first called another company that a neighbor suggested (even though she hadn't used them in years!) but the customer service person I spoke put me on hold so long I finally hung up. I decided to search the Internet for other flooring companies and what others had to say about them, and that's when I came across your site. After reading other people's comments, I called National Floors Direct and boy am I glad I did! The salesperson I spoke with was very helpful and walked me through the entire process. I set up a time for the flooring installers to put in the floor and later realized that the day and time were not good for me. I called the salesperson back, thinking I would have to wait several days - if not weeks - to have my floor installed. Imagine my surprise when she told me the installers could come out just a few days later! They showed up right on time and got right to work. Very professional and nice to deal with. The very next day, a National Floors Direct customer service rep called me to ask if I had any questions or problems, and I was delighted to tell her how great it looks and how impressed I am with the entire process. Now I can't wait to recommend National Floors Direct to my friends and colleagues. I will be calling you again! Helen T.
