National Floors Direct SCAM Artists - Flooring and Installation Don’t Use National Floors Direct Great Price & WorkMy experience was great! The price on the carpet was way less than all my other estimates, with out them seeing the other estimates. The installers came the next day, were quick clean and did a fine job. I would recomend them to anyone looking for a great deal. National Floors Direct ComplaintDo NOT use National Floors Direct!This company is one of the worst compnaies I have ever dealt with. The manager to the installers have no idea what they are doing or how to handle their operations. They are very good at getting your money, but their customer service just plainly sucks. I have had many mnay problems just on one install and no one at the company knew or cared how to handle THEIR problem. From customer service to the bad installation and people who had no idea what they were doing. AND, I had to keep calling them and they made many mistakes! I have used Empire with great results and should have again. It is not worth the minimal savings to use NFD. Buyer Beware! This is NOT a good company! National Floors Direct Complaintunable to attain warrantyWe have been tryin to attain our customer warranty which we were supposed to get from a box when our floor was installed. On that busy day we forgot to get one. We have tried at least five time to get one from your customer service to no avail. I am considering going to our local TV station which may air this proplem and then I might be able to get this problem handled once and for all. Poor customer service!
